AboutOur Story: Now and Tomorrow
In September 2006, we made a major decision concerning appliance service. Up until then, we serviced only the brands and products that we sold. We decided that excluded a lot of good people, so Alton Refrigeration & Home Furnishings now services nearly all brands of appliances, providing these new customers the same courteous service they would receive had they bought their products from us in the first place. Of course, we still think you should buy your appliances from us, but can't very well penalize the folks who hadn't heard of us before now, can we?
We truly believe that thorough satisfaction begins in our store. In order to serve you better, our company moved to its new expansive location at 2996 Homer Adams parkway on May 28th, 2007. Everything is displayed in one large 25,000 square foot area. pur modern facility offers plenty of parking and handicap access. The store features some beautiful kitchen displays to allow you to visualize how your new appliances will look in a kitchen setting.please visit us soon. We think you will be impressed not only by the showroom but the expanded selection of brands and products. In 2010 we became a Flexsteel Signature Gallery and have on display a large selection of some of the most beautiful furniture choices you will find anywhere. We offer extended financing and usually have some extended form of free financing options available at any given time. We also honor most credit cards, including Brand Source cards, checks and, yes, we will even accept cash. If we may provide you with any help to meet your needs, we always welcome your email, your call or your visit.
